Basic salary £24,000 p.a., realistic OTE £45k+

PREVIOUS ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, PLUS STRONG COMMERCIAL, SALES AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS

This is a managerial role which will suit a candidate who has been a successful Branch Manager or supervisor before joining us.

The successful candidate must:

•          be good with figures, including budgeting knowledge
•          be familiar with marketing strategies
•          be able to create marketing plans
•          be able to build and manage a team - experience in setting up a branch is desirable
•          be innovative and self-motivated
•          have proven leadership and managerial skills
•          have knowledge of the conveyancing process
•          have a full and clean UK driving license

To start with you will be responsible for setting marketing strategies, business goals and performing ongoing reviews for independent operators spread throughout the UK (currently 20 with more expected). You will have to work under tight time constraints with a methodical, organised approach.

Our business model is all about expediency so we require organised, energetic and dedicated Sales Managers looking to thrive in a professional and progressive environment. You will need to be commercial in your thinking and capable of intelligently negotiating sales.

Suitable candidates will be sales driven, money-motivated and happy working in a dynamic, progressive environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday (9.00-17.30) and possibly every other Saturday (9.00-15.00).
